How we worked out the cost

We use a typical figure of 0.1 kWh per hour for a typical 40 to 50 inch LED TV at around 100 W. At 26.32p per kWh, that is 0.1 × 26.32p = 2.6p. Over a week of 28 hours it is £0.74, and over a year £38.32.
